using my solar dehydrator let's dry some potatoes (which I grew!).
utilizing 4 different prep techniques, let's see which is the best....the techniques are:
1) cut potatoes and dry as is
2) parboil/steam potatoes and then dry
3) soak in lemon juice
4) soak in citric acid

which will work best?.....see video to see. I am using Norland Reds and Yukon Golds that I grew myself. yay gardening!
