SHOCKING TOUCH Modifier: this modifier makes your fists turn into taser (stuns everyone except bosses, but mini-bosses that get KO will) and you will be able to tase your enemies to death, you can also stun bosses but mostly the ones that have KO, become a cop and tase the criminals, make paint the town red safe again!
