I'm actually not that happy with this score because it's 1 point slow since the very beginning because I released my Kira charged attack way too early. The first Sushang ult should be 973. This run also doesn't have the 986 Kira ult though that one I don't care about as much since you need to frame perfect press your ult at the start which isn't the easiest thing to do.
But Kalpas such bad RNG that perfecting this run just isn't worth the time. In phase 1 If he does the vertical flame pillar attack it is guaranteed to hit Bronya and she loses 1 point from the hitlag. The damage variance is also ridiculous, in a perfect run (like this one) Bronya can kill with her last basic without her combo attack which is 1 point faster but it is very rare. The hitcount phase is also not at all consistent, because if Kalpas is not perfectly in the center when phase 1 ends then Bronya's weapon active will not be placed at the correct location to deal the hitcounts required. There is also an incredible amount of hitlag and huge FPS drops whenever Sushang hits the hitcount pillar so there's always score variance for me. I know for sure I QTE'd Sushang in 1 point earlier than a ref (911 vs. 910) and my ult ended up 1 point later (891 vs. 892) so I just lost 2 points there for no reason.
The only thing to watch out for is to not get gated by Kira's switch cooldown at 1:36. In this run because Sushang ulted late it kind of worked out, but for runs where Sushang is ulting at 893+ then Kira's QTEs need to be tightened up so that she comes off cooldown earlier. If needed, can use ELF after Kira switches out instead of before at the start of battle to help start her QTE cycling earlier.
The timing I was trying to match was 762~763 Sushang ult at 2:41, but after playing for a bit 760 is actually the best I ever managed to get so I'll just take it. This run should be getting 738~739.
