Sonnedix, an international renewable energy producer, has acquired ARCO. ARCO is one of the largest renewable power producers in Chile.

The acquisition gives the company a more risk-balanced profile.

Sonnedix now enters wind generation in Chile, where they have had solar assets since 2015. The company adds 290 MW of renewable projects to its portfolio.

The Chilean portfolio is now at 1 GW, and Sonnedix has a total of 7.4GW globally. They have projects in Europe, the US and Japan. European projects span across France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Poland.
