Ingredients:
For Blended Mixture
Toor Dal – 1 Cup (Soaked)
Massor Dal – ½ Cup
Mung Bean – 2 Tbsp (Soaked)
Bird’s Eye Chili – 10 – 15 Pcs Or As Required
Garlic – 8 Cloves
Onion – 1-2 Pcs Medium Sized Cut In Half Rings
Eggplant – 1 Pc Cut Into Large Cubes
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tbsp
Salt – As Required To Taste
Green Spinach – A Bunch Of It
Paruppu Keerai/Purslane Leaves – A Bunch Of It
Siru keerai/Amaranthus tricolor – A Bunch Of It
Gongora Leaves – A Bunch Of It
Water – 1 ½ Cup
For Keerai Curry
Coconut Oil – As Required
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
Mix Spices – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 1-2 Pcs Medium Sized Cut In Half Rings
Dried Anchovies – 10-15 Pcs Washed & Cleaned
Dried Chili – 6-8 Pcs
Dried Gundu Mozhaga – 6-8 Pcs
Curry Leaves – 2-3 Stalks
Blended Mixture – 6 Cups Probably
Coconut Milk – ½ Shell Meat Of Blended Coconut Milk Or You Can Use Evaporated Milk As A Substitute
Salt – As Required To Taste
