EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION:
This MGS was running Shellpaks and inserts in this sequence:
- The Shellpak came out of the cartoner into the labeler where it got turned over
- Then a label was applied and it was coded (the Labelaire labeler and autosplicer that was used is no longer available and not included)
- After that the Shellpaks went into the cartoner where they were loaded onto a bucket on the cartoner chain in a 6 or 12 pack along with the inserts that were also loaded into the bucket
- Then the Shellpaks along with the inserts were loaded into the erected carton which was then glued on both sides
