Bahan-Bahan/ Ingredients:
1-2 biji bawang merah yang dimayang
1-2 pieces of shallots that have been sliced
2 ulas bawang putih dimayang
2 pieces of garlic that have been sliced
1 cili padi dihiris
A sliced red chilli
1 batang lobak merah dihiris
A carrot that have been sliced
Sedikit kubis bunga
Some cauliflower
Cara-Cara/How to:
1) Panaskan minyak
1) Add in the cooking oil
2) Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili padi
2) Add the shallots, garlic and chilli
3) Tambah sedikit garam dan MSG
3) Add in some salt and MSG
4) Masukkan lobak merah
4) Add in the carrot
5) Tutupkan sebentar selama 2 minit
5) Place the lid for about 2 minutes
6) Masukkan kubis bunga
6) Add in the cauliflower
7) Tutupkan sebentar selama 2-3 minit
7) Place the lid for about 2-3 minutes
8) Kacau sebentar
8) Stir the vegetables
9) Siap!
9) It's done!
*Letakkan sedikit ikan bilis ketika menumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili padi untuk lebih sedap/ Add in some anchovies when you stir-fry the shallots, garlic and chilli to make it tastier.
