Creighton University's new, accredited Master of Science in Medical Physics program trains and educates students to become medical physicists who contribute positively to the treatment and diagnoses of diseases, especially cancer. With mentorship and hands-on research opportunities, program graduates are prepared for the first part of the American Board of Radiology exam and participation in clinical residency programs, and future careers in medical and health physics, radiobiology, radiological physics and radiation dosimetry, nuclear physics and instrumentation, nuclear medicine or medical imaging.
