She explains the regimen for conception entails that the body’s purity should be attained through Panchakarma. This enhances the quality of sperm and ovum to an optimal standard. Then the couple is indicated for coitus on an auspicious day, where both the partners have the same mind, same thought to have a good offspring. It is only when the couple undergoes coitus with this mindset, will a good offspring be fertilized.

Once conceived, there are chances for vomiting in the first 3 months. Now in these 3 months, if you experience vomiting, then the medicine should only be consumed after consulting a doctor, be it an Ayurvedic or an Allopathic physician, medicine should only be taken after their advice.
