I am a foot archer, which means that I shoot a bow and arrow with my feet while balancing in a handstand. I practice this foot archery in my backyard, in Austin, where this foot archery video was taken. The stay at home order due to COVID inspired me to get creative with my training. I painted my target like a coronavirus and shot my arrow at it as a way to add a little fun while I practice foot archery.
