In this video I install a YoLink smart water valve on top of the water shut off for the whole house. I then show it working by dropping a YoLink water sensor into a bowl of water, and watch the valve automatically shut off. This is the cheapest way to protect your house from expensive damage caused by water leaks. I've got one water sensor under each sink and toilet in the house, and one sitting on the floor behind our washer. There's even one sitting next to our water heater in the garage.
