Here are two carbs I have worked on. The one on the left was done with de-greasers and a Dremel tool and then polished with a buffing wheel. Hours of hand work. It took me me five minutes to make the soda blaster and just ten minutes to clean the carb to this point. Now I will take it apart, fine clean it a bit more and polish before the rebuild.
