Balance only improves with practice. Do this standing and seated series as often as you can and you will see the difference in your balance and leg strength. You can hold onto the chair for support...or let go and take the challenge. We all want to improve our balance, so stay dedicated. I promise you, your balance WILL get better if you do the work!
