Discover his world- and macarons- with Lartisien.

He is known as one of the best pastry chefs in the world, and in this video, Pierre Hermé sits down with Lartisien to tell us about his world: His macarons, his signature chocolate boxes and those classic Parisian creations he is known for, like the Tarte Infiniment Vanille.

The pastry chef also recalls his apprenticeship that he started at age 14, under the tutelage of the creator of the opera cake, Gaston Lenôtre, and years later, he is one of the most renowned pastry chefs himself, earning the title of the World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2016, and other less formal ones like “Le Roi du Macaron.”
