Ingredients
1. Potato: 1 (medium size)
2. Olive oil: 1 tbsp
3. Salt
4. Black pepper
5. Paprika

Directions
1. Wash the potato and cut it into thin slices.
2. Soak thin potato slices in cold water for 3-5 minutes to remove starch.
3. Wash the sliced potatoes and remove water using paper napkins or a kitchen towel.
