Ingredients:
* Bread loaf of choice (ciabatta, challah, sourdough)
* Large Chicken breast
* Romaine lettuce hearts
* Caesar salad Dressing (homemade details are below)
* Parmesan cheese
* Japanese panko
* 4-5 eggs
* All purpose flour
* 2 heads of Garlic
* Softened butter
* Capers
* Dijon mustard
* Anchovies
* Lemon
* Olive oil
* Italian herbs seasoning
* Salt
* Pepper
* Garlic/chili powder (optional for flour)
Instructions:
Combine softened butter, Italian herb seasoning, salt, pepper, roasted garlic, and shallots to make homemade garlic butter (could also just buy it already made lol). Spread a hefty serving on both sides of the bread. Add a layer of shredded Parm. Add to oven, and broil for 2 mins until brown, crispy, and melted. Bread your chicken cutlet and fry in avocado oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once the bread has toasted and chicken cutlet has fried, add cooked/chopped chicken cutlets to your toasted bread. Top with mixed Caesar salad salad and more Parmesan cheese. Form sandwich and enjoy!
Caesar Dressing ingredients:
* 2-3 egg yolks
* 5 anchovies
* 2 tsp dijon mustard
* Bunch of garlic cloves
* Half a lemon
* Heavy parm
* Salt and pepper
* Olive oil
* Capers (optional)
Instructions:
Separate egg yolks into a bowl. Chop anchovies well and add to bowl. Add Lemon, capers in the bowl. Add Parmesan into the bowl. Using an immersion blender or a fork, mix ingredients while adding olive oil until fully combined. It should look creamy. Add Parmesan and seasonings to taste.
