1 tsp (0.9g) dried thyme
1 tsp (3g) dried oregano
1⁄2 tsp (0.5g) red chili flakes
1⁄2 tsp (2.5mL) hot sauce
2 tsp (10mL) Worcestershire sauce
1 cup (100g) okra, thinly sliced
1 1⁄2 cups (263g) uncooked short grain white rice
3 cups (720mL) chicken broth
1 lb. (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
