MV Caledonian Isles is due for replacement as the main vessel on the Arran route when the heavily delayed MV Glan Sannox finally enters service in 2024, that it was considering deploying MV Glen Rosa to Arran: it was confirmed in August 2023 that MV Glen Rosa would operate alongside MV Glen Sannox when she enters service, releasing MV Caledonian Isles.
