Hello beautiful. This recipe is super easy and can be used in a variety of ways.
Simply add 1 pint heavy cream in a kitchen aid mixer.
Add 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
Use a whisk attachment and whisk on medium high to high speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
Keep an eye on the cream after 2 minutes and check to see level of stiffness. When you can pick up the whisk attachment and the cream is fluffy and does not drip off the whisk it’s ready.
Use as a whip cream topping or for dipping strawberries. Or use as a frosting or filling for cakes. In my case, I used it as the perfect base for a no-churn ice cream. So delicious.
