Journalists from the Tomsk TV-2 News Agency, which was blocked by the authorities after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine for truthful coverage of events, created an independent media called Not Moscow Speaks in Telegram. They did not agree to retrain from journalists to propagandists and decided to continue telling the Russians the truth.
