•Arabian Green Pizza Recipe
Take luke warm water (nime garm pani)
add 1 & ½ tbsp Yeast(khamera) + Sugar 2 tsp + Mix well, and cover for 5 min
Take 2 cups of flour (meda)
add salt ½ tsp
add Olive oil and mix well
now add yeast then make dough
bit by bit (thora thora pani add karin) until homogenous soft dough is formed.
put small amount of Olive oil on the dough & cover for 1-2 hours.
Now pour 1 tbsp in a pan
chicken 250gm cook for few min
add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
add mushrooms ½ cup
put salt 1 tsp
2 tbsp green chill paste
black pepper 1tsp
white pepper 1tsp
small amount of shemla mirch
vinegar 1tsp
mix well and cook for few min,
After 1 & half an hour our dough will be nicely fermented cut it into 2 equal halves, assemble the dough with hands and put in the tray ( please do oiling/bettering + pour some flour on it so it will not stick) spread cream cheese on assemble dough, then spread 2 tbsp green chili paste, add prepared chicken as toping, spread mozzarella cheese on it, add vegetables toping, now put it into the preheated oven 180 degrees for 15 to 20 min,
after 20min our pizza is ready garnish with mayonnaise, and enjoy yummy delicious Arabian style pizza.
