The shows really gloss over what it really takes to be a successful buyers agent - I know this from experience!
On Location Location Location Australia, Bryce and I both took this part of our role seriously.
But that was very much behind the scenes and very much not sexy! 🙅
🤔 Who wants to see a vision of a BA poring over a strata report? Or checking with the council to see if the property is in a flood zone or about to be impacted by development?
