Daily Group Meditation with Bhante Gunaratana / Bhante Saddhajeewa
Bhante G / Bhante S are now conducting guided meditation sessions everyday at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. (all times are EDT) on ZOOM. Everyone is welcome to join Bhavana monastics and Brian. Sign-in a little early to preview the day’s teaching or to hear the Q & A (10 or 15 minutes) before the formal session. The meditation will begin with a short introduction by Bhante and will be followed by about 30 minutes of silence. Another 15 minutes of discussion will follow.
