The Wall Squat is an isometric exercise that targets the muscles in the legs. To get started:
1. Stand with your back flat against a wall, then walk your feet out until your can lower your body into a squat position with your knees bent at least at a 90 degree angle.
2. Focus on keeping your core tight, your back flat against the wall, feet pressed into the ground, and your shins perpendicular to the ground.
3. Hold this position for the desired time.
