Delicado, sencillo y fácil de preparar, esta infusión de jengibre-canela te encantará.

INGREDIENTES (Rinde 2 tazas)
2 tazas de agua caliente
1 trozo jengibre (3 cm)
1 rama de canela
Miel al gusto
Jugo de limón (opcional)

1. Pelar y cortar en rebanadas el jengibre, colocar dentro de una tetera, olla o jarra de vidrio, agregar la canela y verter el agua caliente. Dejar reposar 10 minutos.
2. Servir, endulzar al gusto y agregar un toque de limón. Disfrute caliente o frío.

RECOMENDACIONES
1. Utilice un recipiente apto para calor preferentemente vidrio o metal, no le recomiendo ocupar plásticos.
2. Para que el sabor sea delicado, sirva después de los 10 minutos de reposo, de otra forma el sabor se intensifica.
3. También puede disfrutarlo sin endulzar y sin limón.
