Nucleus contains protons and neutrons, protons is a positive charge particles and neutrons is neutral.... Electrons have negative charged particles which revolves around the nucleus in different energy levels....
Under normal conditions protons and electrons are equal in numbers,so the negative charge on electron cancells the positive charge on proton ,so the atom is said to be electrically neutral......
