The first Meadery in Orlando is coming soon! We met Joe Leigh from Zymarium while in Florida, and we got to try some meads and talk about his plans. Together with his wife, Ginger ( @synthestruct ), an award-winning visual artist, they plan on creating more than just a Meadery. They want their customers to have a whole sensory experience with flavors, colors, sounds, and images.
Joe has become a reputable mead maker in a short period of time, and his meads are complex and delicious. We are excited for the opening! 🥂
