Today I unboxed my new Schecter Mach 7 guitar with an Evertune Bridge. It was beautiful and seemed promising... until an issue reared it's ugly head and rained on my parade.
This was my first time purchasing a guitar over $200 and hopeful for no issues, but sometimes that doesn't happen. However, Sweetwater worked with me as soon as I reached out to them to get the issue fixed, which was much appreciated.
