Alright let's do a drill to help improve your fighting reaction time. BUT BEFORE WE GET STARTED: remember you have to keep your eyes open, on your opponent, and don't turn your head away from incoming punches! Okay, now the absolute best exercise you can do is sparring -- if you want to get better at reacting to punches and kicks flying at you, then have a partner throw punches and kicks at you! But we are gonna use a combination of the revolutionary internet and lovely video technologies, and do some virtual sparring!

I will throw boxing punches: jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, etc. and you must react and defend accordingly. Keep your eyes open, chin tucked, and hands up!
