This video is about how to understand, handle, and prevent Amazon FBA IP complaints! It can be scary to receive your first Amazon FBA IP complaint and counterfeit claim, but you'll see it's not a big deal, and should not stop you from continuing your Amazon FBA business. I show you exactly what an IP complaint looks like (one I received myself), how I handled and responded to it (through a Plan of Action or POA), how I reached out directly to the Rights Owner, and how I eventually got it removed and restored my Amazon FBA account to healthy status. What's more important, I show you what to do to prevent IP complaints in the future, I specially recommend using a tool called IP Alert, which has a gigantic database of brands that have issued IP complaints in the past!
