This is the best way to be checking in with your clients each week.
1️⃣- Create a Google Form for your clients to fill out each week.
Ask questions about what went well, what could’ve gone better, and an update on progress.
2️⃣- Find a way to review your client’s nutrition data
You can use a spreadsheet or have them track their nutrition on an app like MacrosFirst.
3️⃣- Lastly, using a platform like Loom, record a video of you reviewing their check-in form and give feedback.
Then send it to your client by email for them to view and start implementing
That’s it.
