In todays video we're going to rank the top 10 best extreme doom metal albums of all time. Doom Metal is a slow and pounding type of metal that was popularized in the eighties after the prototype that Black Sabbath laid in the early seventies. But in the 90's doom metal fused with black and death metal and different versions of extreme doom metal was created. Some of it drew influences from Celtic Frost, others from doom and death metal depending on if it was Funeral Doom, Death-doom, Black-doom or sludge. I think that fans of black metal, death metal, traditional, epic doom and stoner metal would be able to dig some of these as well. Enjoy!!
