Drone Footage Shows Destroyed Hotel, Bar and Apartments in Chernihiv
Drone footage filmed on June 11 shows a hotel in central Chernihiv, Ukraine, that was destroyed in a March strike on the city, as well as the rubble of an apartment building and a burnt-out bar.
Video filmed by freelance journalist Sergio Olmos shows the damage to the Hotel Ukraine.
Reuters reported on March 12 that the hotel was destroyed in an airstrike.
Chernihiv was bombarded early in Russia’s war on Ukraine, as troops encircled the city during a failed attempt to advance on Kyiv.
