When severe weather hits, many of us rely on our smartphones to get critical and timely information. That ease of access to the internet and emergency services is taken for granted, until the power goes out. One facility in Aurora, however, has teams working around the clock to keep phones active in times of emergency, and CBS Colorado’s Kelly Werthmann recently got an inside look.
