Very easy to adjust to your own progression level by simply adjusting your arms and legs.
Easiest progression: Tucked position
Hardest positon : Full hollow body + flutters
Key thing to remember: Close the gap between the lower back and the ground and maintan closed throghout the whole exercise.
Work up to 30-60 seconds and then move on to the next progression.
