PackagePortal is holding its first Governance Vote to modify the whitepaper and Implement XPORT as the token issued for scans as soon as two weeks from now. The proposal suggests that XPORT will have a redemptive value of 0.01 PORT, and that redemption will be possible by sending XPORT to a smart contract address which will then return the appropriate amount of PORT in return.
