I LOVE SARDINE BREAD and I've added my own twist to it!
How to make sardine Bread
Filling: Sardine
Sponge:
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup warm water
- 1 cup all purpose flour
Rest of the dough ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon scent leaf
Chilli butter:
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- tablespoon chopped scent leaf
