When should we take Chyawanprash? The best time to take Chyawanprash is before breakfast. It can also be taken at night preferably 1-2 hours after taking dinner

AMLA /INDIAN GOOSEBERRY - 500g(25 No.)
JAGGERY - 1cup
HONEY - 1/4th cup
CARDAMOM - 10 No.
CINNAMON - 1PIECE
JAVITRI - 1 No.
CLOVES - 10 No.
BAY LEAF - 3 No.
GHEE - 1/4th cup
FEW SAFFRON STRANDS
DRY GINGER POWDER - 2tsp
PEPPER CORNS - 1tbsp
FENNEL SEEDS - 2tbsp
NUTMEG(grated) - 1/3rd tsp
