This is going to be a more in depth guide to movement for all players. Comment if you have any questions, and I'll try and get back to you. Enjoy :D (CLARIFICATIONS AND TIMESTAMPS BELOW!)

Clarifications:
After getting some feedback (thank you Gee Ram) I want to clarify some more things here (I'm way too lazy to record, edit, and reupload.)
1. In the intro, I made it sound like it was a preference to use arm lock and I wasn't very specific. Arm lock requires a much higher sensitivity or a much wider swing of the mouse to get the same range of motion as without arm lock. Essentially, having arm lock on will make it harder for you to twist. High level players will switch in between the two modes if they like using armlock. Arm lock to shoot, free arms to twist.
2. When wiggling, you can add up and down motion as well, as if making circles with your mouse. This is referred to as "rolling" damage, and can help with certain mech hitboxes. TLDR: be as erratic as possible when twisting to spread damage
3. For deceleration control, the setting I refer to is "throttle decay" which makes it so you automatically decelerate when releasing "w." This is found in "game settings."
