A&Z #1097 - Professional eater Randy Santel versus Little O's Italian "Big O" 33-Inch Pizza Challenge hosted by Little O's Italian Pizzeria on Ormeau Rd in Belfast, Northern Ireland of the United Kingdom!! After finishing up our 7-week (~40 days) Republic of Ireland Tour, @KatinaEatsKilos and I spent 2 weeks exploring most of the major cities and areas around Northern Ireland. During our travels, I attempted 8 Northern Ireland man vs food restaurant challenges. For final eating challenge event #8, we headed to Little O's Italian Pizzeria located in Belfast, Northern Ireland on Ormeau Road so I could attempt Ireland's Biggest Pizza Challenge, also named Little O's "Big O" 33-Inch Pizza Challenge which weighs ~3.5kg or ~8lbs total and must be finished within 45 minutes. There is 1.5kg of Little O's signature pizza dough/crust topped with their homemade pizza sauce and 100% mozzarella cheese. I had to pick 2 toppings so ordered ham plus 1/2 red onions and 1/2 green peppers. I was trying to become the 3rd champion to win the £100 cash prize and a spot on the Wall of Fame. If challengers eat it faster than the current time record, they win £200 cash instead!! BIG thanks to the owner Stephen and everyone with Little O's Italian Pizzeria for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Little O's Italian "Big O" 33-Inch Pizza Eating Challenge in Belfast, Northern Ireland (£44.95):
- Little O's Italian Pizzeria has multiple locations serving the Belfast, Northern Ireland area.
- Ireland's Biggest 33-Inch Pizza Challenge is only available at the Little O's Ormeau Rd location.
- There is a 45 minute time limit to finish a 33-inch diameter pizza weighing around 3.5kg or ~8lbs.
- There is 1.5kg of pizza dough/crust topped with lots of homemade sauce and 100% mozzarella cheese. Challengers must choose 2 toppings. For my pizza, I ordered ham on the whole pizza and then 1/2 red onion and 1/2 green peppers.
- All challengers pay £44.95 for the pizza, win or lose. Champions who finish in less than the 45 minute time limit win £100 cash and a spot on the Wall of Fame. If you can beat the current time record, then they double the prize money and you win £200 cash!!
