Here's an overview of a countertop Ice Maker I use in my RV.

This one is the Magic Chef brand. I've seen the exact same unit with the Igloo brand.
I purchased this one at Home Depot a few years ago. It seems like they aren't a regular stock item, I've seen them only occasionally.

I use the ice maker on inverter power when remote camping. After the basket has ice in it, I usually transfer the ice to the freezer.
