Here the crew of the ship are marching through Liverpool city centre as permitted by their award of freedom of the city, i believe the actual scroll is carried near the front of the parade, the march started from St Nicholas church on the strand and up chapel street where i captured the footage. Do you see anyone you recognise? i apologise if the footage is amateurish as its only taken on a camera phone. and also for the short fella's bald head in front!
