I recently completed the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) level one program: The Spiritual, Sexual, Shamanic Experience.

If you're considering taking an ISTA training, watch this video. I created it for people in your shoes.

ISTA is intense. It's not a relaxation retreat... It's called the International School of Temple Arts for a reason... and that reason is because it's a highly educational experience (school) that will probably change your life in ways you can't imagine.

I recommend it for anybody who wants to explore their sexuality, let go of sexual blocks, and dive deep into what it means to be alive.

The only people I wouldn't recommend ISTA to are people who are actively working on some sort of major trauma. That's because the Spiritual Sexual Shamanic Experience is intense. It's designed to bring things up... and it's NOT group therapy.

Do your research, and feel into what your heart/body/spirit/mind desires.
