The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Congolese counterpart Jean-Claude Gakosso questioned the point of the forthcoming Swiss Summit on peace in Ukraine (due June 15 and 16) without the presence of Russia.
Speaking in Oyo during his visit to Republic of Congo on Tuesday (June 4), Lavrov also said that he had reasons to believe that the French military instructors were already operating in Ukraine.
Lavrov is on his latest visit to West Africa.
On Monday, Lavrov met with Guinean Foreign Minister Morissanda Kouyaté, according to Russia’s foreign ministry.
