Here is a tour of my friend's apartment in MInsk Belarus. The rental is $500USD for this humble one bedroom right in the middle of Minsk. It is on Independence Avenue near Lenin Street. This helps to show you the cost of living in MInsk. If this was larger with two rooms and a good renovations, maybe it will be $700 or so USD per month. Short stays will cost more of course, but you tend to get the "real" rent level if you rent for 6 or more months.
