At the 2:40 mark I switch it to RSR 1800p to 2160p upscaling.
I get a minimum of 10 FPS more giving me a playable experience above 60 FPS. At native 4K I am below 60 FPS. This game does not support FSR so RSR needs to be implemented at the driver level in the control panel to upscale the resolution.
