Today we take a look at another dead mall, The Eastland mall in Columbus Ohio.
This mall was a thriving shopping center when it first opened its doors in 1968. Lazarus, JCPenney, Sears and Macy's were all once a part of the mall and the place is said to have had an amazing food court. Once the main anchor stores left there were only small businesses left to keep the mall from becoming dead.
Sadly, on December 27th, 2022, it would succumb to that fate and shut it's doors for good.
