Crunchy Stir Fried Lotus Root and Celery ● Homemade Recipe
Ingredients:
300g Lotus Root
2 Stalks Celery
1 Carrot
1 packet young Corn
40g Cashew Nut
1 clove Garlic (cut into slices)
1 tablespoon Oil
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
5 tablespoons Water
Steps:
Cut all vegetable into thin slices
Fry cashew nut for about 3 minutes (until fragrant)
Heat the pan
Add 1 tablespoon Oil
Sauté garlic until fragrant
Stir in all the vegetables
Add salt and 5 tablespoon water
Stir fry for 1 minute
Add pepper, light soy sauce and sugar
Stir fry for another 2 minutes
Add cashew nut
Turn of the heat and serve
