Dear watchmaking lovers! We are glad to inform you that the new Minotaur wristmon by Konstantin Chaykin has been officially nominated for the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) 2021 @gphg_official in the category "Calendar and Astronomy Watch". The Minotaur is one of six watches included in the shortlist of this category, and the jury is going to choose the best pieces.
The new wristmon is equipped with a complication invented and developed by Konstantin Chaykin: a two-disc weekday indicator. The first letters of the weekday are displayed in its "nostrils", depicted in the ancient Greek style on bronze and silver discs under sapphire lenses. At midnight, the letters change: one goes up, the other goes down.
Fans of Konstantin Chaykin's watchmaking art will get the chance to acknowledge the Minotaur offline during the wristmon's world tour.
