Caramel Pudding without oven.. This recipe is very delicious and easy to make.. 🍮

🔹Ingredients

For caramel: 1/4 cup sugar and 2tbsp water
For pudding: 2 large eggs, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 cup milk( boil 1 and 1/2 cup milk until turn 1 cup)
You can use vanilla extract or lemon zest

🔸 Caramel process :-

Put the sugar and water in a pan. Heat the pan at low heat.Let it sit until the surface becomes lightly-colored. Don’t stir the sugar. Swirl the pan and even out the sugar liquid.
Caramelize the sugar like shown in the video and remove the pot from the heat.
